It's hard to believe that Ivona's Parliament could be there one day and gone the next. I don't know what's going to happen now. Are they really going to use this to invade the Badlands? Somehow, I doubt Falls was behind this. He wanted unity for the Badlands, not to conquer Ivona, and if I was trying to create a country, I wouldn't deliberately attack one of the two major powers I shared a border with.

Does Ivona have solid proof that the men they have in custody did it?

I can't draw any conclusions. I don't have enough information. But from what I can see, the Badlands would have nothing to gain from attacking Ivona. In fact, it makes much more sense the other way around...

We've found the basta Commander Edgeworth needs urgent medical aid. Major Hijikata and I found him in a closet near the infirmary, drugged. We have no idea what exactly was given to him, or how long ago, but we're in Edgeworth's quarters right now, and he seems to be asleep.

Please come here as quickly as you can.

[Phoenix is out of breath. He sounds like he's been chasing something, and for a while now.]

Is there a trick to catching rappigs? [winded] I'm trying to get a lighter from it, and --

[loud] There you are! [sound of hooves scrambling on the deck] Oh, no you don't! Come back here -- !!

I can't stop worrying about Wolfina. I hope she's all right....

Who poisoned Doma? I don't think it was the 4423. They're pirates, but they had nothing to gain from destroying the whole town. There's no motive.

So if it wasn't them....who could it be?

[clears throat]

Excuse me, I need everyone's attention, please. There's a giant monster attacking us on the deck, and from the sounds of it there are others scattered on the ship. They're tough. Real tough. But I've got a plan that just might take one of them out, and give us an advantage against the others.

We're going to take off.

Once the ship is in the air, everyone is going to need to hold on to something, because the ship is going to tilt roughly 45 degrees to the starboard side. This will knock the creatures over, and with any luck, the monster on the deck will slide off the ship.

I repeat: the ship will tilt to the starboard side as soon as we're airborne.

[PA system clicks off]

As soon as the ship's high enough, he's going to tilt the ship to the side, knocking the chocobo eaters flat on their butts. React in the logs accordingly. True, I was declared in contempt of court while doing it, but it's all worth it in the end, right?  Still, I hope I never have to face anything like that again.

I don't believe it. This isn't protection of citizens, it's fear-mongering! It goes against everything Vohemar stands for! H-How can they do this?! Demihuman citizens have the same rights as any other citizen! And what do they mean, "passive" demihuman? They're throwing terms around to make us feel better, but what are they truly after? Money?

Or is it....power? I'm almost afraid to say it, but the possibility exists that this is a ploy to gain political power from frightening the people.


Well, it's not going to work. Vohemar has never stood for this sort of oppression before, and they won't accept it so easily now. I know I'll stand up for what's right, and others will, too.
